- Eligibility for Returns
Please return your items within15 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition—just like when you received them!
Quick note: Custom-cut paper and personalized items cannot be returned unless they’re defective. We put a lot of care into custom orders, and we hope you’ll love them too.
- Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, but rest assured they’re made with care:
- Custom or personalized products (such as custom-sized paper, printed designs)
- Opened or partially used packs of paper/cardstock
- Clearance or final-sale items
- How to Initiate a Return
It’s super easy—just follow these simple steps:
- Send us an email at admin@partdiy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item (if it’s defective).
- Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions.
- Please ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA number—we really appreciate your help with this!
- Refunds
We’ll process your refund within3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used—no hassle at all.
Just a heads up: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong item or a defective one—we apologize if that happens).
- Exchanges
We’re happy to help you exchange your item for the same one in a different size, color, or quantity, subject to availability.
You’ll just need to cover any price difference and the return shipping costs—we appreciate your understanding.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away at admin@partdiy.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll fix this for you as soon as possible—we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover all costs (including return shipping)! You don’t have to stress about a thing.
